"Representaciones Salas, S.A,", company dedicated to the representation of Commercial companies in different industrial fields.

Our company is born due to the experience acquired through the years in the companies owned by our family such as:

“Industrias Salva Ltda.”, which begins it’s activities in 1965, years after having worked in other areas like: grocery store, hardware, glassware, general store; we were the first one’s to established a supermarket in our city, Heredia; founders of the first soap factory in the same province, direct importers of various articles from Japan, Checoslovaquia, Germany and United States; other activities have been restaurant, selling of Construction Materials and Real State.

New companies that we have established after chartering Industrias Salva are:

Distribuidora Mc Kenzie

They marketed the complete line made by Industrias Salva in it’s food division, with products such as: tomato sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, eggnog, jams, jellies in different flavors and presentations, syrups, etc; complementing with products for grocery stores and supermarkets.

Tejidos & Colores Artísticos Ltda.

Commercial division, that specializes in manufacturing cotton and polyester fabric, sports clothes such as: t-shirts, shorts, kids and teen garments. Comercial art and advertisement department, screenprinting of textiles in general, flags, banners, prom articles, towels. Afterwards we established again a supermarket and a mini market.

“Plaza Cibeles”

The first indoor shopping center of our community, with a capacity of 20 stores.

Company dedicated to commercialize with European companies in the garment area.
